چکیده
One of the features many-body quantum systems with Hilbert-space fragmentation is existence stationary states manifesting jamming. It was recently shown that these are "states memory", in which, e.g., measuring a localised observable has everlasting macroscopic effects. We study such measurement catastrophe an example stands out for its clarity. show particular at late times expectation value charge density becomes nontrivial function ratio between distance and time notwithstanding corresponding current approaching zero.

Attractors with Vanishing Central Charge
We consider the Attractor Equations of particular N = 2, d = 4 supergravity models whose vector multiplets’ scalar manifold is endowed with homogeneous symmetric cubic special Kähler geometry, namely of the so-called st2 and stu models. In this framework, we derive explicit expressions for the critical moduli corresponding to non-BPS attractors with vanishing N = 2 central charge. Such formulæ ...
متن کاملCharge Density in a Current-Carrying Wire
Discussions of the force on a charged particle outside a current-carrying wire often assume that the wire is electrically neutral. This problem explores how this assumption is not quite correct. We give solutions both in the lab frame and in the rest frame of the conduction electrons, using both Maxwell’s equations and special relativity. We note that for current to flow in a resistive wire, th...
متن کاملWSN-Based Space Charge Density Measurement System
It is generally acknowledged that high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line endures the drawback of large area, because of which the utilization of cable for space charge density monitoring system is of inconvenience. Compared with the traditional communication network, wireless sensor network (WSN) shows advantages in small volume, high flexibility and strong self-organization, ther...
متن کاملSemi-relativistic Charge-current Density Operator
The charge-current density and two-photon operators consistent with a single-particle semi-relativistic Hamiltonian are derived within a suitable functional derivative formalism which preserves gauge invariance. An application to electron scattering is presented and results are compared with a fully relativistic case and the non-relativistic cases corrected through fourth order in M−1.
متن کاملQuasi-ballistic carbon nanotube array transistors with current density exceeding Si and GaAs
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are tantalizing candidates for semiconductor electronics because of their exceptional charge transport properties and one-dimensional electrostatics. Ballistic transport approaching the quantum conductance limit of 2G 0 = 4e (2)/h has been achieved in field-effect transistors (FETs) containing one CNT. However, constraints in CNT sorting, processing, alignment, and conta...
